Great Quality and Comfort, Easy to Use and Pack Away
This sleeping pad exceeded my expectations. Even just laid out straight from being rolled up inside of the bag the double size sleeping pad has about a 1/2 inch of padded thickness without any inflation. Although this pad is "Self-inflating", I would recommend blowing in a little air by mouth or pump to A) speed up the process of waiting the recommended 30 minutes for it to inflate and B) ensure maximum thickness/comfort of 2+ inches. This sleeping pad is great for car camping but is a little on the large/heavy side to hike/backpack with depending on how much weight you are able to bear. I was impressed that after two uses (blowing up, deflating, rolling up again x2) the pad was still easily able to fit back into the provided bag.The compression bands it comes with are elastic though, and I will most likely be replacing these with adjustable compression straps that I can actually tighten versus just holding the rolled pad in place. I don't expect the provided straps to last nearly as long as I anticipate the pad will last. One great thing about the storage bag it comes in is that it is an extremely thin and lightweight material, so even if the bag isn't the highest quality and may be prone to ripping/tearing with extensive use, it's great that it is easily compacted to just a couple square inches to take up little to no space at all once at the campsite. (Nobody wants to have to look at a bulky storage bag that won't fold up/be easily contained once you take the product out.)The quality of the sleeping pad itself is great. It honestly seems a lot more durable than I was expecting it to be. The material is thick and seems to be somewhat water resistant, and it withstood the paws of my 80 pound dog (granted he mainly only walked on it while sleeping bag was on top).Overall this sleeping pad is great for adding an extra layer of padding on hard surfaces and an extra layer of insulation/warmth from cold ground beneath you.

Side sleeping flattens the cushion and feel the substrate. ...
Side sleeping flattens the cushion and feel the substrate. The dimpled sections of material make for limited inflation. The thickness is only about an inch and a half at most. And the middle seam where two sections are seamed together makes for a weak spot and low inflation.

but I give Sleep Comfort Solutions 5 stars for great customer service
My order got lost in shipping, but I give Sleep Comfort Solutions 5 stars for great customer service. Ruth has been very helpful with information as we try and find my order. Turns out it is on a USPS barge going to Hawaii where I live. I know my self inflating double sleeping mat will work great in our tent or even if unexpected guests show up.

Happy
Very comfortable and easy to inflate. Takes a little work to un-inflate and roll it up to fit back in the bag. However, overall a good solution for us.

Mixed good and not so good
There are issues I like and issues I don't. This appeared to be the perfect thing for me to handle myself, but it was not quite as easy and comfortable as I'd thought. When I received it, I opened it out on a bed and let the creases relax for about a week.*It does roll out easy, self-inflates in 10 min, altho I needed to blow in more for firmness.* It seems to hold air better, in contrast to the reviews of other air mattresses that were completely deflated by morning.*I do love the surface and it seems to somewhat repel dust and dog hair or at least brush off easily. There are no ribs or seams to rub you the wrong way.* Size fits easily into my small dome tent.** After a few days, without using it, firmness had weakened, but I expected that. Have not tried this for a full night yet.**Definitely too thin for my older bones. A single layer does not provide enough cushion on hip, shoulder, knee. However, folded in half, it's quite comfortable. But then you don't get the length and I was hoping to use this for guests larger than myself.**I think it's overpriced, essentially a foam envelope wrapped in fabric. If the foam was twice the thickness, it'd be better.**But then it wouldn't fit into a small bag, which it doesn't anyway. After inflating, it was hard for me to squish it back down to a small size. It does not deflate by itself, it needs rolled and pressed, but then any air mattress would also.
