This Nutcracker was made in China and is considered an inexpensive Nutcracker. Although it is adorable it may not be perfect. It may have very minor glitches. The boxes these come in are not perfect and may lead one to believe these are not new. If this is a problem please don't buy it. This is brand new straight from the factory. If you are not happy when you get it all you have to do is return it for a full refund, but please don't accuse us of selling used goods.
