OMGoodness!! These are wonderful. I received my order on time. Honey was sealed, so no leakage for me. I placed my package on the kitchen table.. and thought "I'll make them soon." The packaging talked to me. It's a good read. I read the packaging.. then the card that was sent with my order. I had to make these. I went to the store and got what I needed. Sorry... these are not difficult ingredients to purchase. The leftover buttermilk can marinate some chicken you might need to cook. Leftover cream can always be used in something. I followed the directions to the "T". I actually got a "baker's dozen" from the mix. They are awesome! The honey is perfect! Do I recommend? YES!! I will be purchasing more Big Bottom Biscuit mix kits!!

Delicious, easy, and fun!
Received this item for my birthday, on my birthday! Luckily, my boyfriend who refused to buy it for Christmas, had a change of heart. He felt it was too expensive for 9 biscuits... boy did he change his mind once he ate them.The packaging was adorable and I enjoyed unboxing the giftset and reading the card. If you're thinking about buying this for someone who loves bread and packaging, winner winner. My bag of dry ingredients did have a small tear, however I decided not enough ingredients had escaped to sacrifice the whole batch. My honey jar was perfectly sealed and did not leak.I didn't have buttermilk, so I made some with milk and vinegar. I followed the instructions exactly and I made exactly nine biscuits which cooked to perfection. The biscuits are so good fresh out of the oven with some butter and the honey! The honey is delicious, but if you're used to some KFC or Popeyes, I can see how you'd be disappointed..We ate too many biscuits that morning. I'd say we downright overdosed on those biscuits, but we couldn't help it!! They were SO good. I'll be in Guerneville in May; can't wait to try them in person!!

I can't say any thing about the biscuits at this time. My wife has not made them yet.I am writing about the packing of the honey. The cap on the jar was not on tight and when i opened the gifted box there was honey all over the inside. It was a sticky mess. I have photos of the box.

Disappointing Purchase
I received the box but didn't open it, as it was a Christmas gift and didn't need it right then. When I did open it I found the honey had leaked all over the rest of the box, rendering the entire package useless. Very disappointing. I threw the whole thing in the garbage.
