I liked the idea of blocking some of the fat in the food I eat but I am still trying to make the most of my purchase as I have at least 15 pounds to loose. I found it is easier to remember to take it 30 minutes before a meal when I leave it in the kitchen pantry. So far so good!

The product has been incredibly surprising. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks. At first I thought well nothing is happening but within 2 days I noticed that I wasn’t eating as much. I didn’t feel as hungry and I felt great. I have a lot more energy throughout the day and I’ve decreased the amount of calories I’m eating overall. I will definately keep buying this product to help with cravings and cutting down on excess calories I don’t need. Great stuff

I don’t know if it works. I used it about a month and stopped. No reason just wasn’t feeling it. So might be great, I just didn’t give it time to see.

I was skeptical about the reviews esp since the company offers a bottle for a positive review but I must say I'm satisfied with this product. I tried this during every woman's favorite time of the month lol where my cravings and bloating was out of control. I would be binge on pizza, cookies, ice cream, fries etc. but no cravings and no bloating. First thing in the morning I have a dose before breakfast and it helps for the rest of the day. I don't have any cravings and my hunger is kept at bay. i don't have a scale but I have lost inches judging from the way my clothes fit! Keep in mind now everyone is different so it's hard to compare results to the next person. Save your money! I dont believe this product to be beneficial in aiding in weightloss goals. I am half way through the bottle. I work out 3 times a week. I was seeking a weightloss supplement to curb my appetite this surely was not it. I have not gained any weight but lost 5 lbs within 3 weeks of taking the supplement. I believe the lost was only due to change in eating habits. No sublingual change in appetite no increase in energy just drop under the tongue.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

These drops work. Of course nothing is a miracle by itself you will have to make other changes to diet and exercise regimens. I started taking these the day they arrived. They have a berry flavor but no horrible after taste so that helped. I know that you are supposed to hold the drop under your tongue for a minute but I have found if I hold the drop a little longer that it seems to help even more. My main purpose for purchasing these drops is to help me supress my appetite while im at work over nights. Im in nursing and since starting over night shift i have put on several unwanted pounds. So much to my surprise the first day i used these drops i didn't have the over night snacking at work. I usually eat 2 regular size bowls of cereal in the morning, that morning at 7 I ate a half of a bowl of rice crispies and couldn't eat anything else until after 2 pm. The next day at lunch i ate 2 smaller size pieces of pizza and barely finish the second. Usually I eat 4 slices plus breast sticks. So I know these drops are working for me. Im thinking about ordering some of their other products this week and adding them in along with exercise a few days a week. No nasty side effects either. Will update again soon.

I waited until I got through my whole bottle to post my review. I actually used the product once a day, every morning, for 3 weeks. Then stopped for two weeks to see if I noticed a difference. For me, the difference was actually pretty significant. I noticed that I am way less bloated in the mornings when taking this supplement, compared to when I don't take it. I do not feel jittery at all, or nauseous with this specific product.Personally, I LOVE carbs and eat them at every meal. For me, it would not be possible to eliminated them from my diet. So what I have been doing is eating them only for my first and second meal. Essentially eliminating one portion of them from my diet. That change, in combination with this and other Nurtatech products has lost me 12 lbs in a month and a half's time. Doesn't sound like much but I have noticed a significant difference in my body. I also work out a lot, so I believe that I have gained some in muscle weight.I would highly recommend this, if you are motivated to lose some weight. It is the only diet supplement I have used that has zero side effects while actually showing you results.

Accident caused me to be in a wheelchair and unable to exercise. Between that and menopause, I have gained a lot of weight. My eating habits haven’t changed; I still eat 2 healthy meals a day. But since I’m no longer burning off what I eat, I was hoping this would help. Been on it a month and not only did I not lose any weight, it caused inflammation in my face and stomach. It went after not taking this for 3 days but still.While I knew it might not work because I can’t exercise, I didn’t expect the bad inflammation.Definitely a waste of money for me.
