This did not come with the item description of the "Dura-lock TSA friendly design". Also, there is no flex pack design that expands 2" to add 25% more packing space. It just has a regular zipper. The only reason it will expand is because the hard plastic shell is so thin that it is flexible. I'm not sure that this luggage will last very long and is worth the money. We do a lot of international traveling and I will be surprised if it lasts a year. Also, the smallest piece does not have a side handle as pictured either.

My first thought when seeing and reading about this product was that they would be high quality and stunning to look at...boy was I wrong. When I received the three pack suitcases the pictures were not as clear or as stunning as on the pictures. I was willing to let that slide at first but then I felt the suitcases themselves. The structure was INCREDIBLY flimsy and when I closed the case and pressed on them they gave soooo much.

Lots of room for packing and easy to push through airport. Easy wipe down cleaning from marks that the airlines put on it. Used a Mr. Clean eraser and every mark came right off. Love Love Love this luggage. Just brought the smaller carry on piece. Such vivid colors too. Received so many compliments on it! Buy it you won't regret it!

The luggage cracked after less than 6 months of little usage. The warranty app is a joke and they did nothing to replace or repair the broken luggage. I have only flown with it once and took on 1 cruise and now is ruined. Don't buy this brand of luggage.
