Q: Will a p320 Carry with a threaded barrel fit?

This holster is very similar in shape to the one that came with your P320. My holster was purchased for a 9mm full size with medium grip and it fits like a glove. The Full size barrel, which is 4.7" is flush with the open bottom of the holster. The P320 Carry has the same frame width so the holster will fit. The latching mechanism will work perfectly. Naturally, the shorter barrel (3.9") will not reach the open bottom of the holster, so the additional length of the threaded barrel which is typically 4.4" will be .3" from the bottom of the holster.

Yes this fits my M17 just fine.

Q: Is it compatable with the sig p320 x5 9 legion?

It is compatible but not a tight fit I’m thinking about putting a thin pad on the inside because the forward slide keeps hitting the plastic when you take a step.
