Perfect Fit! Here's what people are doing wrong, and how to fix it.
I installed these on my Xbox Labs Xbox Series X/S controller, model 1914. They fit perfectly. They work perfectly, cutting at least 50% of the travel of the triggers. Besides the grip being textured, they actually have two raised surfaces on the grip part. You can see them accentuated in the pictures.Proper Install: I believe the reason why people are having fitment issues is because the actual small trigger stop pieces are made for specific right hand and left hand grip pieces. If you put them in wrong, backwards or on the wrong side/grip, they will cause issues. If you look at my pics, there are actually very tiny letters imprinted on the plastic trigger stop pieces signifying which grip side piece they go to, looking at it from the front. LK/RK and LZ/RZ, i.e. right side and left side. I zoomed in to show this. The how-to video the instructions QR code points to also shows the right way to do it. If you put these in the wrong sides, they will cause the actual grip pieces to not sit flush when inserting them into your controller, like what people are posting pics of.The LZ/RZ small stem pieces are actually contoured to the matching grip piece. If you install them on the wrong sides, the switches do not slide straight, but get stuck or bend the stem/shaft pieces. If you install those stems/shaft inserts and they look bent, they are on the wrong side.I hope this helps people install these correctly. They are actually really nice once installed. I'm impressed with the quality, being someone who modifies and customizes controller. Most of the aftermarket grips I've tried are garbage. These are great quality.

Worth the hassle.
This is my 3rd trigger lock system I've used over the years (as I upgraded xboxs). This one so far has been the best. Firstly the grips have this cut/groove that at first I thought was odd until I started playing with it. With my hands it sat comfortably and allowed for better placement and less hand fatigue. Secondly the triggers. So they aren't quite as stiff as the set I had prior and loved. Yet they are still firm enough and if they are to firm you can adjust to return to normal with the side tabs. The downside is you install the components yourself. Now this is bad but also good. The bad is well if you cant understand their instructions or get confused well you might get frustrated. The good is they give you two sets for each side. So if you are aggressive and hard on your controller and you break a set well open it up change out the components and you're back at it. Honestly i prefer this setup and would buy again. 5/5 for me. I have had a couple on months of play time with it as of this review.

Reasonable Upgrade for Cheap.
The media could not be loaded. The simple side grip with trigger stop upgrade is a fantastic value for the money. A little difficult to install if you are an average user. Almost felt like I was about to break my controller getting the original XBOX grips off. Once they were off, I had to watch a Youtube video to help me figure out the rest of the install. The installation guide that is included could be a little more descriptive. However, once they were on, they worked like a charm. Was also a nice touch for eXtremeRate to include a prying tool and extra internal plastic pieces just in case anything does happen. As for the "rubberized" grip, it honestly felt a little more like textured plastic than rubber. Still, not a horible feeling. Just not a rubber grip. The packaging was also pretty nice as well. Not anything special, but at least it wasn't just all stuffed in a plastic bag. Will definately be buying more products from eXtremeRate.

Perfect. Easy install and Perfect fit
Exactly what I needed. Work perfectly. Got the whole extremerate set all the way around with asr technology, rubber grips all the way around ( had to use the vanpark back for the back rubber) and the trigger locks. Elite controller without the elite price

Terrible & Super Hard Trigger Stop Switch
I've bought other eXtremeRate Xbox products that are great, sadly I can't recommend this one. The trigger stop switch is awful and eXtremely difficult (hard) to switch. In fact, it was so hard that I even broke off a nail, and damaged my controller cover, while trying to do so.

Good product, small changes could make it perfect
Installation is easy and straightforward, be warned aligning the pieces can be tricky if you have big hands but not impossible. The quality of the two grips varies, one sits perfectly fine while on creaks if held tightly. The bumps are a nice addition and help the ergonomics of the controls, the textured part is not rubberized and feels like very hard plastic. It can dig into your hand at first but you can get used to it. The biggest dislike I have is the sound it makes when pressed. The stock Xbox triggers a small bit of foam to muffle any clacking sounds, using these trigger stops gives you a harsh clicking sound. I cut a very thin bit of foam and glued it inside to resolve it.

Nice add-on
I always found the Xbox series controllers a tad uncomfortable, not the best grips and a weird shape compared to the Xbox one controllers, I got these to add some kind of trigger stop, and to change up the grips and they did a splendid job, I used the trigger stops for a bit and they have a nice short trigger, only has a 2 trigger stopper options non and small but thats just fine, got them for apex specifically and they work just fine on mostother games, there are some that can't register the small presses tough but you can just easily flip them off, great value for money and adds a decent trigger stop.Sidenote: I play claw style and the small bumps where the switches are don't really affect that style of controller playing.
