The installation took about 5 minutes. I've used it numerous times and it has worked perfectly with my phone that has a slim protective case. The rubber base keeps the phone from sliding around. A blue light lets you know that it is powered, a green light shows that it is charging, a blinking green light shows that the phone isn't charging, and a white light means that it is fully charged. The unit looks like it came installed from the factory, the fit and finish are very good. I use wireless Android Auto and Pandora music, which draw power from the phone battery. On short trips this isn't a problem, but over extended trips the battery can lose a lot of power, so laying the phone on the charger solves that problem. For reference, my car is a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Carbon and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. This was a great addition to my car!

It fits my 2022 Mazda CX-5 as intended. Quite nice acutally. Easy to install, took me about 3 min. Would be 5 stars if it charged quicker. Pixle 9 Pro.

Easy to install. Not a fast charge, about the same as when connected by cable to the head unit. So no real change. Use it with a wireless Apple carplay Dongle. Works seemless

For the price I paid I expected to have a better wireless charger. As others stated it looks great in my 25 cx5 but, wireless charger is useless due to overheating my phone and the pad. If I could get half my money back it would be great for the price. Easy to install but the cord could of been a tad bit longer.

Gave it a 5 star because it works great and fits my flip phone, however if you have a regular phone it doesn't. The charging space is to small.

I like to start off with positives. Does it charge wirelessly...YES. Does it fit in the space it was designed for...pretty much. It doesn't fit perfectly, but from a distance it looks ok. It does move around a bit if you touch it. I will confirm what other reviewers have stated, it does make my iphone hot. I got this so that I can charge my phone while using a wireless carplay adapter. When using it in that way, it does not charge my phone much; however, it does prevent my phone's battery from depleting; it just stays where it's at. So if you use it in that same manner with a wireless carplay adapter, and your phone was at 80% when you started driving, when you get to your destination, your phone will still be at 80% +/- 1%. If you just want a wireless charger and don't intend to use it with a wireless carplay adapter...then you might get a better charging experience. If you intend to charge your phone on there for a long period of time, I wouldn't recommend it; your phone will get too hot.

As many others have stated, I’d just like to confirm/add to the fact that this wireless charger does what it’s supposed to, although not very well. As far as looks, I wouldn’t know that this wasn’t a factory installed item, it fits snug, doesn’t move, rattle or vibrate, and fits very nicely in the spot it’s made for. Looks like a genuine Mazda product. It does charge but not very fast, this morning on my hour commute to work, I left the house with 96% battery on my iPhone and at the end of the trip I was up to 98%. It can sustain battery, but apparently it doesn’t charge very fast. Also, my phone was very hot by the end of the trip. On my commute back home, I had 69% battery, and when I got home it was at 77%. But I also had a notice on my phone “Charging on Hold. Will resume charging when temperatures return back to normal.” Again, my phone was very hot and was so slow because of it. Either way, I do enjoy the placement of this item, my phone sits in it very nice and snug and I like the small pocket for your key fob. If you’re okay with the fact that it doesn’t charge well, but looks good, and is a better place to hold your phone than your cup holder, buy it. If you’re looking for a productive charge, don’t waste your money.

Update: After getting a new iPhone 16 (updated from an iPhone 13 Mini), this charger works great. It never disconnects and it will consistently charge my phone. Works great! I update a one star rating to five stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: So…this thing looks great. It fits perfectly. And it literally doesn’t work. It disconnects from charging all the time and when it is showing it’s in charging mode…it’s not actually charging.

Facil y prectico, mejora la organizacion del tablero y se tiene el cargador inalambrico como opcion, es lenta la carga ya que es de 5milamps

El fabricante o distribuidor debe mencionar que NO es para la Mazda CX-5 signature, este producto no le quedo a mi camioneta, lamentablemente no la regrese porque hice ajuste pensando que podria quedar, lamentablemente NO funciono, ESTE PRODUCTO NO ES LO QUE DICE LA PUBLICACION,, Gracias

Se ajuste perfecto, lo unico mas es que no se puede apagar completamente y siempre que se prende la camioneta se enciende el cargado. fuera de eso muy contento.
