LOL
At the end of the book when the newspaper mentioned that a stranger shoveled the back of the church it reminded me of the end of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roddick Rules when Roddick told all the kids Greg's age about the embarrassing incident that happened. And when the story got wrong that didn't stop Greg from his chance from being popular. That just proves that Greg does anything he can to get noticed. Like at the end of the book when he wrote about it in The Neighborhood Tattler.

By Jeff Kinney Cabin Fever (Diary of a wimpy kid book 6)
I think Greg is a little bit misbehaved and the way Greg acts is a bad thing to do, where other kids to be doing that thing that Greg did in the book that I read. In the beginning of the book, Greg's mom finds a Christmas doll in the garage,in a box and Greg's mom said "this doll would be watching you so that it can see that if you are doing good things and if you do you will get something for Christmas, but if you are doing bad things you won't get anything for Christmas" so he is getting a bit scared by the Christmas doll. And I think he is being a good boy before Christmas and I think he will be like this even before Christmas and on Christmas eve and Christmas day where he will be getting presents on those days. In the middle of the book Greg wrote a big story and Greg copied a book and Greg's mom said " why did you copy this book that you put on paper" but, when Greg was a little boy he wrote his own story and he shared his story and everyone loved it. After that Greg and Greg's friend named Rowley were putting up different signs on the school wall and it started to rain and it went on the signs and when Greg took the signs and it was not a good thing because when it rained and they took the signs down there was green, the boys had to scrub the green paint off the walls and some other guy came to the school and said "Hey! what're you kids doing?" and they ran to go back home. And they went to a pizza place and said " would you like to be on a newspaper and be a famous person where people will come to your pizza place." And the pizza man said " I'm glad to be on the newspaper and be famous." And the boys lift the pizza place so they can make a newspaper for the pizza man to become famous so people can come to the pizza place more often and the pizza man can get more money for his family and himself. I really like the way this book is called "Cabin Fever" because it has snow in the text.

Great choice
As usual another great story from the mind of Greg. Ups and downs or just downs at times trying to navigate his childhood. Learns lessons along the way (sometimes).

Loved it
I read this with my niece to incentivize her to read more. We enjoyed it very much. She likes to read now :). Moving on to the next book in the series. Mission accomplished.

Great book for beginning "chapter book" readers.
My daughter, a reluctant reader, received her first Wimpy Kid book a week before Christmas. She loved it and didn't put it down from the ride home from the store until it was time for bed. Then I caught her finishing the book after I'd tucked her in and went to check on her! Who could complain about that? So, we downloaded this one for her Kindle Fire. There are enough pictures to keep her happy and enough reading to keep me happy. Thank you, Jeff Kinney.

Son loves it
I feel so happy my 10 year old son loves reading the diary of a wimpy kid books. Seriously makes me smile watching him so engrossed into this book and laughing uncontrollably 😂😂.We were on the tram 🚃 to school 🏫 and he was reading it whilst other adult commuters were watching him with his leg crossed, book 📕 opened and engrossed so much so he wasn’t concerned about the world going by him. There were random outbursts of laughter from his little cheeky chubby face as he looked up at me smiled and went straight back in.He gets off the tram with book still opened, reading it whilst I’m guiding him crossing the road to make his way to school. He gets to school looks up and around him and says “woah…how did we get here so fast!”Amazing book that keeps children entertained and adult happy 😃 👍🏼👍🏼

Brilliant kids book!
My 7 year old boy loves Diary of a Whimpy kid books. It's a brilliant way of getting him to read more without him thinking it's a chore. He found this book (cabin fever) very funny and even stayed off his Xbox till he read it all! Which is show how much he loves these books. He's has found a few more books in the series that he does not have and wants them for his birthday.I would definitely recommend it to other parents to buy for their children, especially if they are struggling to get their kids off electronic devices and read more.

Reading Fever
Jeff Kinney is deserving of the title ‘#1 New York Times bestselling author.’ His books are perfect for pre-teens as they keep you entertained with the intriguing and hilarious situations the main character Greg finds himself getting into.My daughter loves reading books and the Diary of a Wimpy Kids series is no exception. She has read, re-read and enjoyed every book so far without getting bored. The originality of the comedic characters and plotlines creates a refreshing take on the overused ‘kid goes through High School’ concept. Props to Jeff Kinney for creating a series that keeps my daughter engaged and hooked. Definitely a good read that doesn’t disappoint.

Completley wimpy!!!
Review by Evelyn Kitson (age 8)Greg Heffley wants to start his own holiday bizarre, but he can't do it alone, so he drags in Rowley, so he and Rowley start to hand posters out at school. But the principal confiscates them. Greg suspects that is because Vice Principal Roy is worried that the school holiday bizarre might lose money. But this isn't going to stop Greg, but unfortunately, it gets out of hand because then, then Greg goes and does something really naughty............Hilarious and imaginative. I love the way that Jeff Kinney has given Greg the hardest of times. I really like the way Jeff Kinney constructs his characters, especially Rowley. The way he acts like a little kid just makes me want soften up.I also love the way Greg thinks that he can become famous just like that. He seems to think a lot of money and video games. He seems to think the world revolves around Twisted Wizard. He seems to value other people's opinion on what he looks like or what he does than his own, and that's why he is one of my all time favourite book and movie star.
