My son recently started working on his bike and purchased this from Amazon. My husband helped him install it, and the process was easy but needs lots of power to add. The quality of this product is excellent, and it works perfectly for what my son needed.

Picked this up for an e-bike retrofit because the name-brand stems wanted me to remortgage my house. This one? Costs about as much as lunch. Yes, it’s heavy. Yes, it feels like it was forged from leftover gym weights. But it clamps down tight, hasn’t failed, and so far has resisted my best attempts at “creative engineering.” I wouldn’t put it on a competition bike unless you enjoy gambling with dental bills, but for my DIY e-bike project it’s been rock solid. Bottom line: it’s not pretty, it’s not light, but it works — and at this price, that’s all I needed.

I had to install a new set of handlebars and shock on my e-bike, so I needed this size stem for my handlebars, the bike shop installed it and it works just great and has been a nice product, especially for the price point you can't beat it.
