Good product but very long
Good product, works well. However, with the attachment head it is very long, ie the back of the radio / device now sits at least a couple of inches further forwards than it did with the original plug, as this one sticks straight out of the back of the device like a rigid bar. So please check you have space for this on your shelf or work surface.

Very Versatile
It was a replacement for a microscope fitted with LEDs and a set of rechargeable batteries.The best feature was the ability to dial in the required voltage and for versatility the ability to swap the power plug so that if needed it could be used on other devices.

Cheaper than buying a dedicated AC/DC adapter for a NetGear switch.
Basically does the job required of it and was cheaper than buying a dedicated AC/DC adapter for a NetGear switch. Easy to setup, just select the output voltage you require, output set to 1 Amp. Also it's noticeably smaller than most of my other AC/DC adapters which is helpful when you have several adapters on the same multi socket extension.
