Q: What is the dimensions of the magnetic base?

WxDxH: 50.0x62.5x55.0 mm (1.97x2.46x2.17 in.) not including the "on/off" switch.

Q: Is there any warranty of this. My dial stopped working about a month after purchase.

I would contact the sellers I do not have any paperwork in mind that has any kind of a warranty but I assumed they would help you out if not make sure you put up a post for the rest of us to know this and yeah sorry I can't help you anymore
