Absolutely love the bag! Using it for work. Lots of compartments and rather spacious at the main compartment. Love that it has a separate laptop/file compartment. Even the design is pretty despite it looking like a school bag than a work bag but who cares?! Love it!

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who is in 4th grade. This backpack is one of the best I've purchased: well made, large capacity (holds 2 regular sized binders and lots of textbooks), has two very sturdy and padded straps that are contoured, a large padded pocket for ipad/laptop, smooth zippers, lots of small pockets, and the large H20 mesh pocket on the side. I never noticed the water bottle pocket on Amazon but that pocket is awesome! It holds her large sized water bottle without falling out! The fabric prints and colors are also very cute and bright! Would recommend.

I've always used Jansport from middle school all the way through high school graduation. I still in fact have my Jansport from high school and it is still in amazing shape. I decided Jansport was the way to go for my tween entering middle school. I snagged this baby up at a great price. The best thing with Jansport is they stand behind their product with a lifetime warranty. People say this particular bag has issues with the zippers breaking, but just a quick email to jansport customer service and you will be taken care of. The reddish/maroon color is as pictured and spot on.
