This hose flush attachment works great to flush out your Yamaha jet boat.Pro tip #1: make sure that you push in and turn the adapter with some force. You need to engage the locking detent for a secure fit. If you do not fully engage the twist-to-lock feature the adaptor will shoot out of the boat mounted port. Once you turn the water on for your garden hose.Pro tip#2: Buy a cheap shut off valve that you can permanently connect to the end of this item. That way when you are in the boat you can easily turn the water on and off and connect and disconnect the hose adaptor without spraying water everywhere …..It also keeps you from having to constantly get in and out of the boat to turn the water on and off because the kids and your wife are no where to be found when it’s time to clean the boat!!!Pro tip #3: works great to create a water jet for cleaning off the hull and your trailer.All in all this is a great purchase for your Yamaha boat
