Cafe Not
This is very stale old coffee.I normally order a medium roast organic coffee bean from Costco i can grind myself .When icould use the Costco brand coffee for the medicinal purposes as well as everyday coffee use and it was outstanding and the effects could be felt in the most pleasing and enjoyable manner.I bought this as it was recommended by the Gerson institute .Sadly not only was the coffee wretchedly stale but also the grind was to fine for the original purpose it was intended for.I would not recommend this for anything.
