I am not kidding when I tell you this steak marinade is the best marinade I've ever tried.I simply marinated all my tri tip steaks in this packet of marinade mixed with oil, red wine vinegar and water. What I do is mix up the marinade in a bowl and then pour it into a zippered plastic bag that I have sitting in a glass pie plate. Then I add the steaks to the bag and close the bag. Then shake the steaks around a bit to evenly distribute the flavorings.I marinate for one to two days so about 24-48 hours is best for really tenderized steaks. Then pan fry them to succulent splendor.The taste is like spicy chilies and freshly ground pepper with hints of thyme and cilantro and some green bell pepper. Whatever is in this marinade we love it. My husband was so happy after he ate the steaks that he made a comment about how good they were.This marinade makes my cooking 100 X better and saves me a lot of time as well. Nothing like a juicy steak that is tender and delicious. I served the steaks with corn and cheese flavored mashed potatoes. Amazing!Do not doubt that this marinade will take your emotions to all new highs! I feel great and like I just ate the most delicious meal ever! I am new to the bliss of spicy foods. I use this for a quick sheet pan dinner. I make up the packet according to the directions into 2 large bowls. Toss cubed raw sweet potatoes in one and whatever cubed meat I have on hand along with cubed zucchini or yellow squash and some large onion slices in the second bowl. Roast the sweet potatoes at for about 10 minutes by themselves on a lined sheet pan. Then add the rest onto the sheet pan and roast until desired meat doneness- for us we like medium rare so about 15 minutes at most. Sometimes I add pineapple chunks or switch up the veggies but overall this is the perfect seasoning packet for quick fix and healthy meals.

Great Marinate, used this for steaks and they were fantastic, tender, juice and the flavor was a 10. I would buy this again.

This McCormick Grill Mates Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade Mix is a game changer. My husband loves to grill, so I put this in with his birthday gifts. I followed the directions exactly to marinade the steaks. You may not believe this, but they turned out as good or better than anything we've eaten at an expensive steakhouse. It's been a bit since I bought this, but I am thinking the one little packet is enough for about ten meals. It was inexpensive, easy to use, and delicious. I would recommend to anyone who loves steak, and I am not being paid to review this product. I am so pleased to have found it.
