Love the taste , love the texture and mixes very well. No foaming.

Soooo much pain! Only use 1/2 scope.
1st time I used this product is tried full scoop...MISTAKE the most painful sharp gas pains! After that I went down to half scope! I was still gassy as heck but no longer the sharp pains.I'm not a huge fan of the Chia tea flavored I didn't realize when I ordered it was Vanilla Chia Tea but it was palatable mixed with mango juice.
