Great for the barn door. This barely fit because our door is almost exactly the same size as the opening, and there needs to be a little it of overlap for this to guide the door properly. The baseboard is at an angle, so I had to place it close to the edge, using longer screws. Keeps door from swinging out at the bottom when my idiot dog decides to push on the door:)

These were the perfect item to glide our custom made barn doors. They were the perfect height for the project. They attach to the wall so we did not have to cut the carpet. When we replace the carpet in the spring they will be easy to remove and reattach when the carpet is in without cutting it. The glide posts are adjustable which made it easy for our contractor to install. The guide posts are padded perfectly so they do not scratch the doors when opening and shutting. Great sturdy product and arrived on time! Would highly recommend using for barn doors of all sizes!

This is a very thick sturdy mount and will work well with a massive door. I did not pay attention to the size of this and when we received it there was no way it was worthy for the door we have lol. My new sliding door is a very old door found at an antique shop but it's as thick as any other bedroom 6 panel door. I could have fit 2 doors in this bracket lol. I can say this...if you have a massive barn door or any large heavy door that is a few inches thick, this should be great. I gave 4 stars only because we never mounted it and used it for 100% feedback

I bought this for an interior dog gate I made. I bought heavy-duty drawer hardware set and mounted a gate to it close to the bottom of the floor. I mounted one of these to keep it tracking on the top.Works great. You can adjust wheels distance from each other independently which really helps flexibility of your install.
