Good taste
I like the flavor and the vinegar taste is not too strong. I will warn you though, when you pour into a glass, let the drink settle for minute before you drink it since the sparkling vinegar made me cough, since the scent with the bubbles went right into my nose. This is not a big deal and expected when drinking something with vinegar. I like it because it has health benefits, and is a nice change from lemon water. I also like that I can drink it any time of the day. My kombucha drinks have some caffeine as do some of my other favorites. A plus is that there is little sugar (12g for a can). I hate sugary drinks! Also, I like the ginger bite that you get after you take a slug. I can see mixing this with alcohol for a great cocktail.

Great tasting sparkling drink
Great tasting product. Very refreshing and the sparkling water masks vinegary taste very well. The only thing is that I ordered a pack of three different flavors, but only two different flavors were included (only red and orange cans were in my 12 pack). Other than that, I will be ordering again the flavors I got to try.

EW
EW--this is absolutely disgusting. I was enthused after reading the fabulous reviews about Apple cider vinegar but gagged each time i tried it, so thought I would try this. I tried it cold, room temperature, flat, and fresh. ThIs I'd horrible. I dumped it all but one can for a joke

A most curious drink
Many years ago an elderly Japanese gentleman told me his secret to a long and healthy life: Every day, he drank several tablespoons of rice vinegar. He's not alone in that belief. A lot of people think drinking vinegar is good for you. I've known health fanatics who raved about the restorative properties of organic cider vinegar.A lot of people drink vinegar for the flavor, too. Back in colonial times, a sweetened, fermented fruit vinegar based drink known as a "shrub" was a popular summer refreshment, something that survived in parts of the South into the 20th Century. I've read that shrub based cocktails had a brief vogue in fashionable bars a few years back. What we have here, then, is a modern shrub, a mixture of organic fruit juices, organic cane sugar, and organic vinegar. It tastes... curious is the word that comes to mind. It's not unpleasant, but I'm not sure it's something I'd reach for instead of fruit juice. It strikes me as something that might grow on you, like sauerkraut juice. A good use might be as a mixer in making shrub-based cocktails- something different that will surprise your friends at your next barbecue or retro cocktail party. I'm going to test it on my friends this New Years.Follow up:Since I wrote that, not quite two weeks ago, the cans have been sitting on my shelf, staring at me and implying I should do a follow up tasting. My girlfriend was over the other day so I opened another can and poured it over ice. We sipped it while comparing our impressions. We agreed that it was a so-so fruit soda with an odd vinegar flavor- not unpleasant, but not something either of us would choose, given the choice. She also noticed an aftertaste she didn't care for- possibly the stevia. My opinion of it hasn't really changed. You might like it, or you might find it a palatable way to get more vinegar in your diet, if you're so inclined. For me, it's just not something I want to drink.Followupfollowup: By the time I got to the last can, I'd developed a sort of taste for it, and I even found myself buying a bottle of a different shrub-based soda in a deli.

Not what I expected, but then, what did I expect, really ?
First, let me qualify this rating with the caveat that I purchased this product on impulse for the **health benefits** of Apple Cider Vinegar, not for a refreshing beverage. I **did** think though, that the taste of the vinegar would be masked by the lovely (and usually tasty) flavors of lemon and ginger...but... no... Note to self for any future 'unknown to me' food or beverage purchases: only buy ONE and taste it BEFORE buying a case. Because, no matter how worthy the health benefits, you won't drink it if your taste buds utterly revolt at the first sip. Since it's MY fault I have 10 cans left, I'm keeping them. Fortunately, I am finding other uses (beyond drinking) for this product. Like regular vinegar, it does dissolve calcium deposits on dishes and faucets, so none will go to waste, and I may try it as a foot soak. On a final note, if you believe cider vinegar is good for your health, you may just want to stick with getting it over with a single tablespoon of the straight stuff. Sorry, Mr. Blackwell and Co.

Tasty way to get your ACV each day.
Using apple cider vinegar daily as a dietary supplement but am not a huge fan of it on its own. These are a great way to add ACV to your diet/health regimen in a tasty way. All 3 flavors are nice and refreshing. Will definitely keep buying. Would love to try even more flavors!

Refreshing and Full of Flavor
I have never tried a drink like this and was very curious to see apple cider vinegar with lemon and ginger combined.I have to admit I am addicted . I've felt the need to drink one everyday since first trying. You most definitely need to appreciate those three Flavors especially the most prominent apple cider vinegar and ginger. I don't know how to explain it but each flavor I taste separately. The ginger gives it a little spicy ginger kick while the apple cider vinegar taste is there but not over powering. The taste of lemon is very light.Another plus I noticed is zero sodium. I am really already in love and have added these to my list for a future purchase. I'mNot sure about others but I like to see what color the liquid is when drinking from a can so I've included a photo.

I'm impressed with this drink.
I'm impressed with this drink. It's not only tasty but seems healthier than a soda or an energy drink in general.I like this drink a lot and the apple cider vinegar content does not bother me at all. It's oddly refreshing and feels sort of cleansing in general. The lightly carbonated drink has just the right amount of sweetneess to it and if I'm getting health benefits from this, that's an added plus.I'm going to be purchasing more of these to try the different flavors.
