Ok but no instructions.
Thought this would be great to have to use the the renovations I'm doing. There were no instructions and they don't fin in a small caulking gun. Don't have a large one so don't know if they would work with one.

Waste of money!! Already tossed.
This was just an all around bad purchase and waste of money. By the time I got around to try it the return window had closed, which is fine, but I didn't expect it to be as worthless as it was. It didn't fit my caulk gun. The attachments didn't fit or work on anything. Not sure what the bottle of red goo is for. Came with NO instructions. Don't waste your money. Tape off the area for straight lines or find another means because THIS is not going to help you, rather it will frustrate you.

Difficult cleaning of metal tip
Cleaning of metallic tip is extremely tedious. You will have to carve in with a pin while the Chaulk is fresh. Once dry, it gets very difficult. Ideally, use for long jobs, and the saving of material will compensate the loss of the tool.

Even a caveman can use this! (Old T.V. commercial reference) :)
Primarily for use with 20 Oz. sausage guns. If you plan on using these with 10 Oz. caulk guns, shave, or file down the base collar until it seats/fits! No instructions come with the product; it's a 2pc product, so.... uh, screw it on, screw it off, maybe??? lol To prevent the tip from popping off, a small self-tapping screw through the plastic and in through the metal tip usually does the trick. Also, if you remove the metal tip and coat the inside area where the tip slides back in.... let it cure... problem is solved! Cleaning the tip afterward: While caulking is still wet, use a screwdriver, Allen wrench, or anything else you may choose to scoop, push or dip out excess caulk material from the tip itself. (Don't worry about scooping ALL of it out!) It's better to leave a light/med coating inside to dry because, after it's dried up... find a starting point and begin peeling it off! It will remove as easily as peeling Elmer's glue off of the palm of your hand. (I'm sure I'm not the only one that did this when I was a kid, right?!?!) If I have the patience to wait for my delivery to arrive, I also have the patience to problem-solve things that may be perceived as "problems". :) P.S.- I'm a product consumer and not a seller/distributor of this product btw

Not for standard caulk tubes
These would be good for tubes of caulk that have screw on nozzles. Standard caulk tubes have attached nozzles not screw on types.

Bad product
Don't waste your money. Got them as a Christmas gift, just got a chance to use them. To late to return. But you can run a better bead with cutting a good angled tip on the chaulking tube.
