I brought this to wrap around my sons wrist cast and give it some color. Opened the package and the most disgusting fish smell every single one. Why would anyone sell this like that or use it. Disgusting

Seems like I am always hunting for the best first aid items for my emergency pack. We do a lot of sporting and self defense activities, thus injuries of some sort are always afoot. When I find new items I have to try them out to see what makes the cut and what doesn’t.Here is my report on this:I have used a ton of brands. This is a good one and you get a lot for your hard earned money.I got the wide ones for the pets, and the shorter ones for the Bipeds in the family.

I don't know what it is with some of the vet wrap brands, but lately, several brands I've received had a strong fishy odor. I wouldn't give these away to my worst enemy, much less use them on my family or my dog! Yes, the wrap adheres to itself like vet wrap is supposed to, but it's going to make the person using it stink like a fish bucket! I threw these away!

Yes, when you open the bag, the wraps STINK like dead fish. But if you set them by the window or outside for a few hours, the smell goes away. Our dog doesn't have a problem with the wraps and his nose is better than a human nose! The wrap sticks VERY well to itself - the dog can't scratch it off, nor can we remove it well enough to re-use it. Recommended! (just air the roll out before using!)
