The battery connector on the board is the reverse polarity of most LiPo batteries and even the reverse of the battery cables that the seller provides with the board. That is looking down at the top of the battery plug the positive (red ) wire will be on the right. However, the connector on this board is wired sot that the positive connection is on the left... The reverse of a normal battery. So, if you were to plug a LiPo battery into the charger you would be reverse charging the battery. Charging a LiPo battery in the reverse direction can be very dangerous... leading to a fire or explosion.Another minor point, there is no " small mounting hole allows this charger to be easily embedded into a project". It is exactly as shown in the picture... no mounting hole.BOTTOM LINE, unless you know what you are doing and willing to work to fix the manufacturing error, don't buy this item.
