This product is a great accent piece but it is made of particle board so if you are looking for something to be used as a bench where any significant weight is going to be continually put on it, I would not recommend this product.As others have mentioned, although the one I purchased showed the cat face cutout, I received one where it was just the arch.Still a decorative piece just be sure this is what you really want.

Stool came covered in a terrible chemical smelling liquid that stained my hands and a spot on my carpet black. not really sure what it was but I'm afraid to let me cat use is as it smells strong enough to make her sick from breathing it in.The "wood gain" is actually almost all black and is not at all what it looks like in this photo. Other than that ... it seems "fine" at best.

Looked good from the picture, but turned out to be very cheap and flimsy even for the price. Was more like cardboard held together by paper clips. Returned it immediately.

Good size and pretty sturdy for something you have to put together with slots. My cats oddly aren't into it, every once in awhile i find one in there but mostly I use it as a foot rest or a cat sits on top of it. Very cute though.
