The powder has no smell. My toad won't eat worms dipped in this alone, I have to mix it with his calcium powder. It says no taste but I believe it has a taste because Hopper spit the worm out 3xs. Other than that it's a good value for the size. If your pet won't eat it alone, I recommend mixing a bit with calcium powder 👍👍

Found out about this product thru a YouTube channel and I haven't gone back to any other brand. It is a very fine powder and sticks to insects and produce well, the reptiles all eat it well, and the jar lasts a very long time even with near daily use.

great for reptiles diets

Two of my geckos and my bearded dragon eat this with no problems. But, my other gecko will not eat anything with this dusted on it. Which makes me wonder about the flavor, which says there is no flavor. I also understand about the calcium not being mixed in because it causes problems during shipping but for me I would personally rather not have to deal with this extra step. Like I said this seems to work well for my other reptiles and from other reviews seems to be an awesome product. I just want things as simple as possible.

Nice size for my Rankin Dragon. Have only had need to use it once but it worked. Seems to be well made. Easy to get the critter on and out. Good visibility while they're in. My only complaint is there is no way to get the protective coating completely off around the grommets. Even tried tweezers. But can live with that.
