Coway Airmega 150C(K) HEPA Air Purifier, Khaki

I am a seasonal allergy induced asthma partient, specially in winter time. Lives in village but the AQU bad enough to worsen my situation. The airpurifier helps me a lot. It's reduced my medicine consumption, and improved my symptoms. And the most important thing, It's very simple, no unnecessarily, fancy stuffs there. Does it's job very efficiently for which It's built.

After much research, I went ahead and purchased two of the Airmega 150C, and I feel very contented with this purchase.This purifier is great to clean the air for a standard room. The modes work seamlessly, and the sleep mode is quite and effective.Also, cleaning the filter is simple and seamless.I would recommend this product for anyone and everyone looking to purify air at their homes.

The product stopped working two months after purchase. When I contacted Conway for service they denied the service saying this is not an authorized seller so they won’t service this product. Pls avoid this seller totally

I have purchased purifier from Coway, after reading it's good reviews. Purification also not so great. Most of reviews appears to be fake. After sometime it stopped working itself. I called Coway Service Centre. They asked for video n photos which were shared with them.They told me that it is due to wire problem and not covered under warranty. They asked me to pay for around 500 RS for service. And service person will come after the part was made available to him in 2-3 days.Even after paying charge they send an inexperienced person after 6-7 days that too repeatedly calling him. The person visits without any wire and said that it is because of wire issue, the Purifier is not able to start. He said he will come again with wire. After calling again n again on helpline they send the person with wire, he checked everything he was not able to solve anything. He even don't know how to check current in wire with tester. I tested the my old wire in front of him with the tester. He went without any solution. I called again coway helpline n they said they are on Diwali break for 7 days. After waiting somedays, I called them again today, now they have said they have to send purifier to service station and demanded RS. 2500 for transfer charge and have to pay more for the other parts.Even after pursuing for more than 1 month , I found the pathetic quality of service from Coway. Their call centre persons were so arrogant that it feels like I have made mistake after buying their product. They are minting money by taking benefit of people's necessity n have zero standard in providing service quality. Their service persons are so inexperienced that a common person will know more than them.My advised is that don't go for Coway purifiers otherwise you will regret in service if got stopped in between.
