Manicure Kit Purple

This FAMILIFE grooming kit was a pleasant surprise. Unlike many other kits that I have tried over the years, this kit seemed well constructed and excelled in many areas. The large and small clippers both were solid in the hand and most importantly had hard ground sharp blades that were perfectly aligned. This led to a clean cut of the nail each time without the smashing/slight tearing sometime experienced with lower quality clippers. The tweezers functioned very well with a sharp blade edge allowing easy selection of a hair and high enough tension steel to actually maintain a grasp of the hair without slippage while pulling. Overall all the cuticle maintenance tools were easy to handle and comfortable in the hand, sharp when they were supposed to be and smooth when appropriate. The only downside that I've experienced is related to the case. While the case was well constructed and looked nice, it did have a slight chemical odor when originally unpacked. This dissipated with time but you wouldn't want to purchase this right before a trip and throw it in your suitcase immediately with your clothes. The second issue related to the case is how the large and small clippers are secured. The shape of the clipper has a flare at the butt end of the clipper which is nice for handling and using the clipper but it does make inserting and removing the clipper from the securing strap more difficult than is probably necessary. Overall I would recommend this grooming kit. It is a little more expensive than some other bargain ones out there but in my mind the quality and likely longevity of the tools is well worth the investment.

I used this professional manicure set today after receiving it yesterday. I have purchased many manicure set over the decades. This set is the best by far in comparison to what I purchased in the past. Honestly, I was skeptical at first thinking I would receive similar tools in a fancy storage bag. These tools are well made and very sharp and durable with a well made storage bag capacity. When I did a general search online a few weeks ago, this brand came up as the number one top pick. I’m glad I bought this set and I highly recommend this set.

I have spent lots of money over the years for Clippers and tweezers. A friend of mine purchased a set similar to this one a few years ago. These work great even for thicker nails which some of us develop as we age. Lots of tools that are stainless steel. The case has a impact size but large enough to see easily. The color is lovely and the zipper moves smoothly. Very impressed with how easily they cut even my toenails. Highly recommend this set.

These seem pretty good. I ditched the tweezers and replaced with Tweezerman. The tweezers are disappointing. The other tools are well made and do not seem cheap. The tweezers didn’t feel cheap either but they wouldn’t grab finer hairs.

Very well made and came in a wonderful case. Solid sturdy products.

It looks just like the picture, it's great, I really liked it. At a nail salon, I got a fungal infection on one of my toenails and I've been trying to get rid of it for 8 months and nothing has worked. I bought my own kit and that's how I'll get rid of it.

Gutes Design, deswegen einen Stern... aber die Verarbeitung der einzelnen Teile erinnert mich an mehrfach gepresst Alufolie... kann ich für gute Nagelpflege leider nicht empfehlen.

This was purchased as a Christmas present for someone that has very hard nails to cut and this manicure set has all the heavy duty tools required and it is 100% good quality. It made the perfect gift.
