Q: Does this product have pepper or ginger to enhance absorption?

You can simply eat some pepper in a meal when you swallow the pills. It also helps absorption to have some fat (olive oil, etc.) along with it. In my experience, it takes at least 4 pills of turmeric at one time with each meal to feel much of an effect from it. About 12 pills per day. So, a bottle does not last long at all for me, but I figure it is worth it because of the health benefits.
