Size:750ml The Blenheim Apricot variety is both sweet and slightly tart with a tantalizing flavor of fresh, ripe apricot and an intensely aromatic aroma of honeysuckle. We’ve blended this with our aged white balsamic condimento. The resulting collaboration is intoxicating as it is crisp and tart. Great with grilled fish, chicken, as a glaze or in sauce and vinaigrette or served with cheese or fruit salad. Pairs extremely well with any of our Extra-Virgin Olive oil. Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in the traditional Solera Method and PGI certified to come from Modena, Italy. It is barrel aged in wood for a minimum of 12 years according to the Solera Method No additive, NO sugar added, NO preservative of any kind Imported and certified organic.
