the cushioning on these is nice, and as someone with a larger foot than men's size 13, this company is one of the few that makes an insole i can even use. after about a month of wearing these though, the built-in arch support doesn't seem to be quite enough for me. i think i have fairly high arches, so if you don't, these may be perfect for you, and they are certainly better than if i had no arch support at all, but i am starting to get a little foot pain/fatigue wearing these to work all day.

I've had shin splints and tender knees having played volleyball in college and basketball a few times a week, as well as after working out. I ordered these and my shin splints were gone IMMEDIATELY. I worked out with them the next day and had no pain and have had none since. It took a week for the muscles on the outside of my shin bones to strengthen, and they were sore for a few days, but now that I am used to them I will have them for life.

I have high arches and must add some support to every pair of shoes I buy. These are by far the best, most comfortable I've found. I own at least 6 or eight pair. I put them in athletic shoes, dress shoes and boots ...everything. The foam arch is way more comfortable than the hard plastic type. If you need extra arch support I highly recommend these.

Good product but I wish it also was available in a wider width. I wear a 15 4E shoe so there is a gap in the width after I insert the arch cushion. I would guess this support would fit snug in a D width.

best shoe arch ever runs full length of your shoe i wear a 14 so i have to trim these some to fit but i am like the princess and the pea a small seam or change in a arch support drives me crazy i really love these and have used them for years they last forever i give them a five plus
