I made glass noodles for my husband once, and now he is obsessed. He calls them 'ghost noodles' and I always have them in my pantry. This pack was a good price and contains many servings. They are a yummy sweet potato noodle with a chewy texture that can be used in a variety of dishes!

These are so tasty with japchae sauce (look up online :))! Easy to cook and not bad reheated. I love getting these at Bibibop so decided to order some and make them myself. Make sure you cook long enough or they will be stretchy-chewy. Proportioned nicely. One packet inside the large bag will be at least 4 servings. I will order again!

Our family loves these so much, we've had to switch to ordering the twin pack. We each have our favorite way to finish the noodles (I prefer keeping them warm, another family member rinses in cold water), several of us add plenty of gochujang, others have their favorite sauces and oils, too. Regardless of how they're prepared, they're very versatile and incredibly tasty. And if you happen to be celiac and have several food allergens/sensitivities in your family, you'll appreciate that these noodles work for most everyone--and what a rare treat to have something taste so good that's actually "safe" to eat! Highly recommend.

My son has a no flour diet and he can eat this.I would order again. They have nice texture.

This is a good product and I recommend it.

I ordered a different brand earlier, and fell in love with sweet potato noodles. What I like about this one over the other is the packaging. It comes with a resealable bag, and the noodles are bundled in three separate bundles. It was easier to take what I needed for a serving and store the rest. The other one came in one bag and the noodles got all tangled up, making it difficult for me to take the amount I need. The noodles would go crosswise and I had a hard time getting the unused noodles into a sealable bag.That said, I’m no expert or connoisseur of sweet potato noodles as I only started to cook with them more recently, but the texture seemed fine, and I enjoy the dishes I’ve made with them.
