You will get metal shavings in product :(
Let me preface this review by saying I own 2 space case, 2 Cali crusher homegrown, and a few other high end grinders so I will tell you right away you are not going to get that kind of build quality for around $20. I wasn't expecting that. I own a black tie grinder that I love and use on a regular basis. I finally been one of the teeth last week so I wanted to try other budget grinders. I bought 4 others off Amazon but the other 3 aren't ready for review yet. This one was an easy review1. The reason for 1 star.... Metal shavings in my product. C'mon guys!! I won't use it again after that2. Grinder is light, looks really nice but I don't see the teeth holding up to some denser product. I won't be testing that.3. The biggest plus is the funnel design... Awesome!Wanted to like it. :(

The grinder feels good in your hand and looks like solid quality
The grinder feels good in your hand and looks like solid quality. Grinds smooth and has a strong magnet in the top part.I like the clear container and clear top, because it allows me to see the results. If you want a finer grind, you can try a few extra turns with the grinder upside down, to keep the herbs more in the grinding chamber.I appreciated the nice package and the enclosed thank you note from the seller, will definitely buy from them in the future.

I won't buy this again, or accept it back because you didn't want to actually replace it. I bought Blacktie Brand ;)
When it arrived, I eagerly unpacked it, and took it apart to look at it and inspected it. Looked cool until I put it back together and found a burr. I had my husband check and indeed there was a 1 cm area of burrs. Returned, got my refund, the company said no hard will, we want you happy, please accept your new grinder. Quelle Suprise!! It came and it was the same grinder with the sharpest burrs gone ( I made note of a couple of marks on the top. If this was NEW, they must all have those three marks on top), so I checked it out and ground 1 1/2 grams of herb. I saw sparkly pieces in my herb. Spent 1/2 hour picking the 4 - 1x2mm pieces and the 3 -1x1mm pieces out. Smaller bits were beyond my capabilities. IF you buy this, and use it. Get a Jeweler's Loupe to see the pretty shinies in your herb and a really fine pair of tweezers.

Love this so much but...
I am so sad to say that I’m disappointed with what was very possibly my favorite grinder, as it keeps falling out of alignment and being a pain in the a**.This would have gotten a 5 star review had it not started falling apart in the most important grinding area, it shifts out of alignment and doesn’t meet up with the other part of the grinder, making it so then we have to take the flowers out and move it all to another grinder. I’ve been able to take it apart and snap it back in but that’s no longer working. We are considering trying to glue it but I don’t want any glue smell near my organic flowers and don’t know if it would work anyway. Since we have so many grinders it’s easier to just use another one even though this has definitely been our favorite. I don’t want to throw it away as the first one we got was very sentimental, but it’s not working and just makes me sad when I look at it.I have recommended this to all of my connoisseur friends and gave the first one to my closest friend, who is extremely particular and knows his products and he loved it, until it started falling apart. I was about to give these as holiday gifts to everyone I know and now I’m not confident in recommending or giving any away.I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller, I hate writing reviews lessthan 4 or 5 Stars but am hoping to find out a trick to make it work again as we love this so much. We have had the first one for 7 months and it does get a lot of use out of it, but seriously for this price and quality I would expect it to last longer than a $5 grinder that we’ve had for 10 years.Maybe if it’s for occasional use it will last, it’s defintley great until it breaks.

B+, pretty good grinder
Pros: Top shelf grinder. Love the oversized chamber, window is a cool touch. Very sharp, hope it stays that way.Cons: The pollen collector doesn't do a damn thing, I've ground up a LOT of herb through this thing and it is almost empty still. Not sure if I got a defective one or if this model just sucks. The pollen collector issue is very annoying, but I feel it's outweighed by how well the grinder performs otherwise. I probably will not go back to my old grinder, all things considered. This is a good grinder.

Great Product!
Pros:Best "herb" grinder in the price bracket.Has multiple stagesCan store a lot of "herb"Feels premiumComes with little spatulaCons:Wish it did a finer grind but it's nothing grinding the "herb" twice won't fix.Summary:Great product overall just keep in mind that this is not a smaller grinder so it won't fit easily if you have small Pockets but if you have a bag or anything else throw it in like that or just keeping it around the kitchen and you'll be fine. I would recommend this to any fellow in need of grinding the "herb"

Doesn't work
Updated 07/28/17: Company sent a replacement unit. Everything seems to fit. After a couple uses it is still working well. It looks nice in the kitchen, you can see your ground herbs in the chamber so you always grind the right amount. For the price, it is a good little unit.Old Post: Used once. The lid didn't fit the base right so it got residue in there and will not grind now without a LOT of pressure to turn the lid.

Grinds well. Threads could use some tuning.
Grinds well. I have used it upright for a standard grind and turned it upside down for a finer grind. Both ways worked well. The ground herb passed through into the chamber well. There was very little left in the bringer teeth to get out.The threads holding the grinder to the chamber a re a little “loose” making it difficult to line them up and screw them together. Takes a little fumbling. This will likely lead to the threads in this area stripping in the future. I see no way to avoid it
