I needed to exert more effort on my daily walks in the park. I have already begun using the approximately 5 pounds of weights in my fanny pack for a little weight challenge. As I get accustomed to carrying the weight, I will add more plates to increase the workout. These plates can also be used with a weight vest.

Not much to say about weight vest weights.They're heavy for their size. The metal appears to be sturdy and not likely to rust.Just be aware that these are designed for a specific weight vest which doesn't have that great of reviews. I did a search for other weight vests and didn't find ANY that have pockets for this size plate.But that's fine for me since I intend to place these in my day pack backpack for an easy ruck workout.

And that is good. This product contains ten steel bars coated with anti corrosive coating, says in the description it is electroplated, and that seems to be the case, I will update if obvious evidence comes up later to contradict that. The weight is advertised as 0.44lb per bar, and I would say that is accurate too.These are advertised and shown to fit in very specific weighted vest and wrist/ankle weight options, I don't have those on hand, but I did get a weighted vest years ago I've been struggling to find weights for, and promptly put these in it, and it works for me.Pricing is decent in comparison to competitors, but that is a point of potential improvement.

Not much to these. They weigh what they're supposed to. They're small and slim and easy to slip into a weighted vest. Their size keeps the vest balanced and comfortable.They feel as high quality as any other solid piece of metal.Definitely works as intended.

These are nice weight bars that can be easily inserted into any vest or even in pockets - smooth and well machined. Perfect for using as add-ons on walks, runs or for pullups.
