Used this 3 months before starting ivf cycle as advised by clinic. Worked twice. Second baby on the way. I believe this made the success, I found my weight went down easily, my skin was softer and I was less bloated also. Started right before the 3 month prior mark when I started to prep my body. Healthy baby now 5 months pregnant with baby number 2. Also used before egg collection the first time and had top quality eggs, as in the grading couldn’t get higher. Again 3 months before that was due as soon as we had our first app basically and knew it was happening. Alongside healthy eating exercise and pre natals. I shout from the rooftops this stuff is magic, you can actually feel it working within your body. Doesn’t taste the best, a little like washing powder texture in water but sugar like taste. But sooo worth it…

Started using it same day it arrived couple days later started my period that I missed last month as I have pcos, hoping it helps me to conceive as I've been trying for 10 months now and nothing. Really amazing powder.

Was diagnosed with PCOS in 2024, after rigorous research I found this on Amazon and the reviews were mind blowing, bought it asap and started taking it in December, one month later I’m pregnant, continued till 3 months later, I must say I recommend this to anyone fighting PCOS hormone discrepancy, I must add, I regulated my diet and started exercising the minutes I was diagnosed. I have a bouncing healthy little one now. Thinking of ordering more if it’s not contraindicated in breastfeeding.

My OH was diagnosd with PCOS when she was 15 (Now 25) and is far from regular. But we're hopefull this will help change that. While we can't curently comment on if it works until we hit the 3months mark, I can still review the usage side of things. And first things first. Do not expect this to dissolve in drink of any kind, because it won't no matter how much drink.. you just make it so you have to drink even more to use it up. That being said the taste is non existent and the texture is also minimal, most importantly there is also no horrible after taste meaning that in about 200ml of water you'll be able to down it in one with no discomfort. As value for money goes, I'll confirm once we hit just over three months. If it works then it will have definitely been worth it. However if not then it was some very expensive infolic acid. As to complete the 3months worth it will set you back £120 minimum. One other thing to note is there doesn't seem to have been any unwanted side effects which is a nice touch.. (if the product works in the end)

I suffer with PCOS and this product was recommended to be my a fertility nurse. Unfortunately I haven’t had any luck with it regulating my periods. I don’t really like the fact that it’s in powder format and you have to take it twice a day, would much rather have a capsule or a gummy. The flavour is pretty non-existent which is a good think but lots of the powder builds up at the bottom of the glass. Sachets are also really expensive too and you get through a pack quickly.

Inositol really helps with PCOS ,easy to use and easy to swallow. Help relieve pains I will recommend
