I just received the cushion and have not had a chance to really try it out for any length of time but am still experimenting. It is well made, quite firm (which I need on a soft sofa), fits my 125 lb. female body well. It does hit the backs of my thighs with a high degree of hardness but I will hopefully get used to it. I originally thought I would use this for plane travel but it may be too large to carry around. The cushion does not cozy up to the lower back of a sofa or chair that isn't straight-backed. I need to put a pillow behind my back to keep my posture upright and weight well distributed. DESIGNERS: A handle that could be clipped to the front of a carry-on bag or worn around the wrist would certainly help with portability. It is extremely light weight so that isn't an issue. Hopefully this will become my favorite cushion. The little nubby ball feels great for foot relief.

This pillow is definitely sturdy and comfortable. I read where people had a problem with the front of this pillow, but I find I have no problems at all. It is very comfortable and unlike the cheaper types that you blow up, it does not deflate. It is a comfortable foam, the cover is comfortable and food items, etc do not cling to the fabric. I definitely would recommend this itemThe little ball for rolling your feet on works great if you have problems with plantar fasciitis. It gives your foot good rolling action and is stiff enough to help ease the pain.

Works best on flat surface chair or couch, it's a little difficult to get comfortable on a seat with any type of incline on the seat like a recliner or gliding rocker. I am still happy with it and it arrived in no time!

I purchased this after a fall resulting in an injury to my tailbone. I was hoping this would allow me to be able to sit up straight, but I still have to lean to one side or the other. The pillow does make riding in the car much more comfortable. Everyone's pain is different, so I'm sure the amount of relief you will get is different from someone else's. It does seem to be made of quality material; should last a long time.

I ordered this item since I had a stroke it is very difficult to sit now that I am numb on my left side. Sitting in an upright position is very uncomfortable. This cushion makes it easier to sit upright. It is a little more firm than I expected. It is helping me since my right leg goes numb sitting for long periods. This cushion prevents that. I wish the opening was a little bigger for better comfort. I do like the design. Thank you.

This tailbone seat cushion is excellent for perineal pain associated with pelvic floor dysfunction, which those of you who deal with it (like me) will know is very painful. It is cushioned enough to be comfortable but firm enough not to squish down, like my old foam donut cushion did. I highly recommend it.

This pillow works great and is comfortable once you find the "sweet spot" to sit on. I have stage for Cancer and have tumors in my colon area and needed something like this to be able to sit comfortably. This pillow really fits the bill. Would recommend it to everyone.

This was awesome out of the package. It clearly does a wonderful job of easing the pain in the seated position and is a life saver. Works just fine in a recliner and in an office chair. Would HIGHLY recommend.
