This has made morning chores so much easier!! With four cats, it doesn’t take long for things to need cleaning! This picks up cat hair, litter, crumbs, pretty much whatever crustiest need picked up. It’s made things so much easier! It has three suction levels (via the ap), great battery life, reliable, easy room mapping, detects stairs, customizable rooms and no-go zones. It’s not as loud as a normal vacuum, it goes from hard floors to carpeted areas and rugs with no issues. The only improvements I can think of is possibly having an alert when the dust bin is full. It really is fantastic and a great value for the price! Also, make sure to take time to read the set-up directions first. It helps not have to do it twice. Wish I had this before now!!

I have been after a robot vacuum for years but they were just so bad and so many horror stories. I tried to arrange things so it would not get stuck (Cords mostly). I did not realize that on a mapping run that it doesnt vacuum so I went a little overboard. So dont worry about cat dishes or shoes it wont get caught up mapping. I expected what most people have to say about robot vacuums that do not replace a vacuum, I disagree. I have 3 cats 2 teenagers and they are all slobs. I was away for 3 weeks with the kids at home, you can imagine. This thing cleaned my laminate floors with ease including a small carpent 4x6 for shoes. I though it was quite impressive that I just had to mop. This floor had kitty litter that was tracked on it, no not the sand like stuff, the large stuff and nothing was left to be caught by mopping. The no go areas are perfect I used 1 for the cats food and water and 1 for behind the tv. I really don't see any negatives here. Do I think the Dyson does a better job for deep carpet cleaning, absolutely, You know what the Dyson doesnt do ? vacuum daily by itself so dirt doesnt build up. Lets be honest here, if i wanted to do it myself, I wouldnt have bought the robot.In my opinion Wyze has done an excellent job and I would advise anyone who is in the market to try this one, so much cheaper.

This is our first robo vacuum and we are so impressed with it from the floor mapping, to the cleaning power, overall design and cleaning efficiency. I did some research and when I found out that Wyze made a robot vacuum that ticked off all my boxes I just stopped looking. I love Wyze products and the vacuum uses the same app that I have used for years with my other Wyze products. As far as cleaning goes we have multiple surfaces in the house including dark hardwood floors, ceramics and a number of area rugs. The vacuum worked superbly on all of them. I can select to do the entire floor or just one room. Software works great. The vacuum is a little noisy if it’s not set to quite but still very tolerable and a lot less noisy than any regular vacuum.

The vacuum I'm reviewing is one I purchased for a house warming gift, and the recipients are very pleased with it, so I'm basing this review on their and my own experiences with the one I own.I've had a Wyze robot vac for several years as has another of my family members who has a large home, and we absolutely love them. Such work savers! They are reliable and do a very good job on hard floors and short pile carpet or rugs. If you have pets this will clean up any hair they or you shed along with dust and dirt. (Just make sure there are no liquid or soft messes on the floor first.)Very easy to program and empty the dirt bin. Returns to its charging station when cleaning is complete. It doesn't just clean in a random path; it selects the best path for itself with its mapping capability. You can divide your home into rooms and have it clean only certain rooms, or specify an area for spot cleaning, or have it clean the whole house. Works with Alexa, but I have mine programmed in the Wyze app on my phone to do a cleaning schedule so I don't use Alexa for this vacuum. I only have to touch it when I empty the dust bin.One note on my experiences that might help someone else:I recently upgraded my internet service and got a new dual band router. I could not get my robot vac to connect to my Wyze app using the new router, although it has both 2G (which this vac uses) and 5G. Wyze support had no solution. Finally my internet provider suggested deleting the Wyze app from my phone, then re-downloading the Wyze app, and that did the trick, thankfully. Can't do without this little vacuum. It is one of the devices I would replace in a heartbeat if it died.

Easy programming. Very good on hard surfaces and some low pile carpets. The blue or black commercial carpets the robot seems to slip! (Ex.: Entrance mat). The app is good!
