Franklin Sports Youth Sliding Shorts - Small

This was a good buy, nice fit for my 7 yo, 64 lb son. To be clear, these are not super tight, stretchy compression shorts. My son is above avg size for 7, we bought the Youth Small. It has a pocket for the cup, but doesn't come with a cup. Kids grow fast, but I think we'll get 1-2 seasons out of these.

Compared to the original Franklin, It looks similar on screen but when it arrived, the fabric seemed lightly lower grade and overall the size was slightly bigger. But it worked fine and did the job. Baseball could be expensive, so this cheaper option was appreciated. The tag was itchy for my 9 years old, so I cut it off.

These are excellent! My sons were complaining of their sports cup moving to much with regular boxer briefs. Since purchasing these sliding shorts they have had zero problems. They like the padding on the sides when they slide it doesn’t hurt. The sports cup stays in place.

Youth small fits just right my son needed them for 10u and he said they work and fit perfectly!

I have bought many pairs of these over the years. My son plays select baseball and football and really likes these.

We purchased 2 pairs size small for my boys 7 and 9. The 7 year old is wearing a size 8 and the 9 year old wears a size 10. Both boys are about 60 -65 pounds. They did fit a little loose from the top but nothing too noticable. I wou raise the underwear high and the baseball pants and belt would keep them in place. The boys appreciate the padding on the side when they slide. After washing them, they seem to become a little smaller all around. No need to size up.

Works great but order smaller. The S fits my daughter - 11 yrs old 80lbs. The M we ordered would easily fit at 13/14 yr old.
