Great customer service
I bought a whole bunch of these in July 2024, some of them stopped working recently (June 2025) but the company reached out and replaced them quickly, good customer service! Also the newer models seem to be built sturdier, either way can't go wrong with ordering these.

Not sensitive enough
These lightbulbs are bright but the motion sensor is not sensitive enough. It will not trigger light on until you get three steps away from the lightbulb. It is probably okay to use these lightbulbs for a small closet but not good enough for the outdoor light.Addition to the review above:After posting my initial review, a customer service representative contacted me to offer several solutions to resolve the issue I encountered. While none of the suggested solutions were suitable for my specific needs, the representative quickly and efficiently processed a full refund for my purchase.I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received and have therefore increased my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.Important Note: These lightbulbs are not inherently bad. Their suitability will depend heavily on the intended installation location and the specific lighting requirements of that space.

No sensor cancellation when used near another sensor bulb

might be some other brand bulbs with scratches and damaged packaging
Ordered two 4-pack dusk to dawn lights, all bulbs came with scratches with the inner packaging ripped damaged. I doubt these bulbs are new. Also, none of the bulbs has Aovpex mark on it, and the brand name has not been mentioned neither on the box packaging nor the instructions. This is not the first time I'm purchasing an Aovpex bulbs, and the packaging itself is definitely not the one I had before and doesn't match with the image on the product page. I can't tell if this is a genuine Aovpex product.
