For what I paid I wasn't expecting a stellar price gun. It's cheap and flimsy but does it's job. I don't have employees so I don't need one that can withstand being thrown across the room but I am afraid to drop it.

we needed a second pricing gun for our shop - this is the second one of these - works well - did need video to figure out how to reload it but easy to do.

My family has a yard sale almost every year and putting prices on everything sucks saw this on Amazon and ordered it comes with a bunch of labels and extra ink took a bit of time to figure out how to set the prices because the pricing dials are sloppy and fill stripped out and used alot of labels trying to figure out how to set the prices putting on a new roll of labels is a bit tricky but once you've done it once is easy overall if you are going to have a yard sale and don't want to spend a lot of money and spend all day filling out price tags pick one up we should be set for quite some time and can order more tags when needed good for yard sales definitely not recommended for professional use

So, I wanted to update my review. Once I changed out the old ink and stickers it was working fine. Just a shame the preloaded stickers and ink were bad…….but I do have to say it works fine now. ………………..This product came looking as it should but when I went to use it the stickers did not stick as they were dried out and soon after using it the ink was also dry. I contacted the sell and he would not replace the item as it was several days after the 30 day return policy. He eventually offered a $5 refund which I have not received either. The product is useless since all the stickers do not stick and the ink is dried up.
