Highly recommended book for self love and healing

I am rating for the quality of the book. That is nice, be it paper, cover of the print. This is so good.Now coming to the content, the matter it is purchased for, although this is not a right forum to rate the content of the book but that is nice awesome. Content is written in well-organized manner and in trendy English style, so it is easy to understand what is written there. The purpose of this book is to teach us to love ourselves or teach us the world start from us. We have to fix the self from inside first, and how this can be done.I think everybody should read it once whether they are already struggling with mental health or not. Everybody should read this at least once.

Found it very boring

This book literally changed my life. It has taught me lessons that I've used to create prosperity in all areas of my life. It also has helped me to be at peace in the moment and stay present. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to grow or heal parts of themselves that feel need healing!

ライフ・ヒーリングは邦訳英文ともにわかりやすく、CDも聴きやすいです。ただ4枚組のこのCDは盤面こそ1,2,3,4となっていますが、盤それぞれのタイトル（音楽CDにたとえれば曲タイトル）の題名順番が4枚すべて同じでした。1枚目1曲目がAというタイトルだとしたら2枚目も3枚目も4枚目も1曲目が同じAだという意味です。これではCDをパソコンに取り込むときに困ります。皆さまのコメントにはそう書かれていなかったので、私が買ったものだけなのかもしれませんが。内容がよいだけに残念です。買い求めたiwaberebonさんの評価も高いだけに残念ですが、ご参考になればと思います。そういう理由で☆☆☆☆とさせていただきます。追記です。出品者さんにご連絡をとりましたところ、誠意あるお返事、迅速な対応をいただきました。今回の件は残念でしたが、またご縁がありましたらお願いしたい出品者でした。

I have read the book You Can Heal Your Life first a few years back and loved it. It is very to the point and easy to follow. Then, years after I have decided to purchuse the CD set, as it is often easier to listen than read. Louise has a very calm and pleasant voice and her reasoning is very logical and encouraging. She has been abused and raped as a child and was able to overcome this terrible trauma with her positive thinking. I would recomend her book You Can Heal Your Life and the CD set to all the victims of abuse who want to transform into survivors and empower themselves.
