As a thick girl and working a ten hour shift, it's difficult to keep certain places fresh all day. But after my first 2 days of drinking only a cup a day (I wanted to get my body accustomed to the chlorophyll first) I noticed a significant reduction in my overall body odor and as well as my gut health. I'm not as bloated after meals and it keeps everything regular. Not to mention the overall boost of energy and restful sleep. The taste isn't bad either. I just put the directed amount in a cup of water and drink it. It has a slight minty taste but it still tastes like water. My sister also suggested that I could use it topically as well and it works WONDERS in those problem areas. The only downside I have is that this product is extra strength so it is more concentrated and darker. So you have to be very careful with how you handle the product bc it will stain. So if you are going to use it topically, I would suggest diluting it in a bottle of water first and using a cotton ball or pad to apply to the area. If by any chance you do spill some (like I have several times), I suggest using coconut oil and then soap and water to remove the stain. Other than that, I swear by this product and have made it a staple in my everyday life.

One of my very favorite supplements! I put it in my water daily and also in my morning coffee. I’ve been using this brand for over a year now and love it! It cleanses my blood of toxins, freshens my breath and is a deodorant from the inside out! I know it sounds weird but I’m telling yall this stuff is where it’s at! It has a faint peppermint flavor that I cannot taste in my coffee-only in water. It’s easy to use in dropper form…make sure you shake beforehand because it can get thick. A dab will do ya-follow directions! Energy here I come!

I mix this with a few other liquid extracts including Lion's Mane, Tremella, and Dragon's Blood. The peppermint essential oils make the product smell and taste great. Good energy boost when taken before exercise. Great for digestive health. Reduces inflammation and oxidative stress. Easy to use dropper and well packaged. Will continue to buy!

Taste good with regular water and coconut water.

Just so you know. It has three pictures but you only get one. Tastes like mint which is not what I expected. Kinda wish it wasn’t mint. I don’t really like the feeling of drinking mouth wash. It’s also very dark so be prepared. Don’t spill on yourself or anything else. Can’t tell if it’s a good value cause it’s my first time buying any product like this.
