Such wonderful set, I'm completely in love
At first I wasn't sure at first if I should buy this set (because of some reviews and some very interesting comments down here) but after watching an unboxing of this set in YouTube I knew I wanted this set. The movies look amazing, the box is so freaking beautiful, I love it.

Incredible set
I just received this set yesterday and wow. I'm so glad I waited a couple years to get this marked down, but I'm excited to rewatch the films in their glory. Beautiful mural of all the main characters. I love it and can't wait to show it off!!

The Best
Best collection out there. UHD is awesome. And the extended Hobbit is incredible. I picked this collection on a mark down, however I would have been pleased if I had payed full price...if you are a Toklin and Peter Jackson fan, you will want this UHD collection!

Haters going to Hate
It has come to me, the Middle Earth 6-Film Ultimate Collector's Edition in 4K. It shall be an heirloom of my Family. All those who follow in my bloodline shall be bound to its fate, for I shall risk no hurt to the Middle Earth 6-Film Ultimate Collector's Edition in 4K. It is precious to me, though I buy it with a great pain. The markings upon the collectible slipcase begin to fade. The writing, which at first was as clear as ultra high-definition, has all but disappeared - a secret now that only the extended editions can tell.

Very nice set, but there were two problems with it...
Like others have mentioned, the slip for the code redemption puts it good until the end of 2023. After contacting WB support and jumping through the hoops they required, I got legit codes and resolved that issue, so all was good. Sadly the same could not be said for my Game of Thrones 4k set that also had expired codes, but were past the date. WB is the only company I have run into so far that actually enforces these stupid code expiration dates and will not budge on them.As for the set itself, it has nearly everything you could want. Although having both the Theatrical and Extended in 1 set feels a bit silly, because once you own the Extended, why would you ever want to watch the original short version. Anyway, my only other complaint is the complete lack of special features. While the bonus disk it comes with is cool, that is all there is in the way of special features, and that is only for the Lord of the rings, and has nothing to do with the the original movies in terms of "makings of" and so on. The only special features on the disks, are the simple trailers, and that is it. Usually you wont find special features on the 4K disks, but at least you get them on the Blu-Rays, but not here. For a set like this, you really expect a whole slew of special features for all the films, but there are none at all. Very sad for something that should be a "complete set".I guess if you want any of this, you need to buy the original blu-ray copies or something. Otherwise it's a really nice, if not a limited set.

Good collection
I love the set. Having all the movies in one spot. I just wish Mr. Jackson would release ALL the supplemental items in a similar package.
