We purchased this device at the recommendation of our naturopathic doctor. We can definitely tell a difference. This unit was less expensive than others online and works very well so far.

I am trying to get a refund or replacement unit now. I will comment on this seller's customer service after I have experienced what they will do to make this right. UPDATE : Even Amazon was not able to contact the seller to obtain warranty information. If I had not purchased the Asurion policy with this item, I would have had $565.00 sucked down a black hole. Be wary of these grey market Chinese consumer electronics.

I would have given five stars, but the supporting documentation was weak, maintaining the device in optimal condition, for example, was not covered. The device actually produces hydrogen gas, so for goodness sake be careful. Also, have an accurate means for testing saliva pH levels to avoid becoming excessively alkaline. Finally, be sure to operate using distilled water.

I bought this machine for my mom, after 3 months it stop to working, who should I contact with?

I followed directions provided precisely & item still only worked a few months. Is still under warranty. I left TWO messages for seller to obtain address for warranty work without a response. Would not suggest using this company or buying this product.

Seems to work fine, but operation manual is quite limited, and customer support is non existent
