Perfect to help our dog with her itching issue.
We have a dog who has skin allergies. She has been on apoquel. We started supplementing this and slowly weaned her off the apoquel. This product has replaced our dog's need for the very expensive prescription medication. Our vet was very impressed! I hope it works for other's dogs as well as it worked for our's.

Scratching ceased after 60 days
I have a 5 lb Min Pin who was scratching, mostly around his lower neck. Not bad, but every day. He has been taking this product for two months. I finally noticed NO MORE scratching the last few days. Seems to work for him. I reordered today. Every pet is different; just like people. Try a product and see if it works for your pet. I expected this to work in a month, but I guess it took about 60 days. So give a product a couple months. Good luck.

Didn’t work for my dogs.
My Bichon’s skin issues have always been a challenge so I’ve tried a variety of products over the years. Most have helped temporarily but nothing has put an end to her itchy skin. Sometimes it’s so bad she chews bloody places the size of your hand on her hips! I had great hopes for this product and, even though she was currently not experiencing any problems, gave it to her and another pup who occasionally chews his feet. I was NOT prepared for her to suddenly begin gnawing her hips and tail into a bloody mess and his occasional chewing to become constant. I had given the chews only 3 or 4 days when their issues began to escalate and I stopped immediately. Just as quickly their urgent gnawing subsided. He’s back to normal but I’m still trying to soothe her damaged skin. I know the scabs will fall off and the hair will grow back. I just hate that I put her through even more misery by trying to help. It serves to remind me of how forgiving dogs are because she still loves me anyway. I’m contacting the company for a refund under their 90-day no-risk guarantee and will update this review if they honor it.

Possibly made my dog sick.
I gave this to my dog as directed two chewables per day because she was 65 lbs After the 3rd day with not much improvement I discontinued it. On day four my dog became very lethargic and lost her appetite. She was t scratching any more but seemed like she was sick. Taking her to the vet in the morning.

Surprisingly effective!
I am afraid to give it 5 stars because as soon as I do it will quit working! I have always given my pups probiotics because just like our food, their food is getting less nutritious. They do not eat kibble either. None of our dogs do. We adopted a stray and she has an issue with her ears and paws. We took her to the vet of course and the first visit ($120) he put drops in her ears. That didn’t work so we took her again and he identified “allergies” and Apoquel ($200). The Apoquel worked for the first month and a half then she started itching and licking again. I have to say after 2 weeks, she is equal to her first course of Apoquel! It appears to be working! Fingers crossed!

Did not work for my dog
Dog loves the taste, no obvious changes to the amount of itching and scratching at the bottom of the container.
