Excellent item great deal fas shipping

Was super excited to get this product however I Could not set up completely the piece to attach the glass monitor was not the appropriate size therefore it has to be returned. Hopefully I can get this all done way before my speaking engagement.

Glass came broken. Ordered a replacement glass but it took them time to respond to my request. Replacement glass came in time for my event but the clip holding the glass was bent so badly the glass would slip out. Poor quality. No QC or care packaging the contents. RETURNED!

I finally had the opportunity to open up the two Teleprompters I purchased. The set up was very straight forward and easy. I like the fact that they come in a case but wish there was a case that allowed me to transport the two Teleprompters together and also would allow it to remain somewhat pre-assembled. I do have 2 questions- 1. Can I purchase a couple of beam splitters so I have a spare in case of breakage? 2. Why is the beam splitter 60/40 instead of 70/30. I feel that 60/40 allows more light leakage and negatively impacts the talents viewing of the script when being used under stage lights.
