This is something I decided to try for my knee pain. I’m 66 years old, but I enjoy exercising in my home gym, and walking outdoors. However, exercising hurts my knees. I had tried other things that didn’t work until now. I have been using this Boswellia Frankincense softgels for about 7 days now. Surprisingly, the results have amazed me. I can use my equipment to exercise with no knee pain. Bending my knees was also hard before. Now I can do squats and lunges without any pain. If you try this and it doesn’t work right away, be patient. It took about 3 days for me to feel the difference. All in all, it’s a dream come true for me. I recommend this product.

I originally purchased this in an organic health store. It was not always convenient to go to the store, and I was delighted to find this product on Amazon. So convenient. After taking this for a while I can really feel a difference. I have a lot of inflammation issues and his has really helped.

Five years ago my thumb began hurting and showing signs of arthritis. It began to thicken, etc. Then my left thumb began to hurt. I started taking this product and the pain stopped. My arthritis does come and go, however, so at first I wondered if the pain had simply gone away for a little while on its own. But I’ve found since that if I forget to take the BosMed for awhile, the pain returns and when I resume it stops. I’ve used it ever since, and the left thumb has never warped as much as the right—as if the process stopped cold exactly when I started taking boswellia. Not sure if this would function the same way for everyone, but it certainly works for me.

Have only used for 3 full days so that’s why not a 5 star. I have early stage COPD and seems to help with the shortness of breath and the “heaviness” in my chest. Took 3 capsules for these 3 days and will drop to two to see if still helps till I run out and will come back and re-evaluate.

Great product, gives some extra energy.

I had awful pain, so I headed to the herb shop and they recommended this product. I came home and did research, only to find out, when paired with Tumeric, it's even better. Listen to me: everyday I take one of each 2xday and I have NO MORE PAIN. Amazing results. I will never be without these. You can read the research by googling this pair. These Frankincense soft gels extracts with the actual essential oil works better than the herbal pills. Take at night because it helps with sleep and it helps with inflammation in the body.
