It is. It’s not adjustable and I have a very petite face, and it was too big for me. I had to make the ear loops shorter in order for it to stay on my nose.

It feels like a very lightweight neoprene. Very comfortable to wear, easy to hand wash and hang over the faucet to dry. I was surprised at how thin it was but so far, so good.
