Good contents, bad format
I think it has very valuable contents, very useful for medicine students who want to learn antimicrobials.I don't like the one page format, because if you want to study a table, you need to see the left column and the upper crow of the table. With the actual format you can't see both, because the tables are divided in two parts. Also you can't read it in a iphone, if you want to see it in the hospital, for example.

The book is not as well organized as I had ...
The book is not as well organized as I had hoped. It lacks a usable appendix to look up treatment by diagnosis. For instance, I finally found the treatment for diverticulosis under the section on diarrhea. Not intuitive. Took a long timethat would have been saved if it were organized by diagnosis, not symptoms.

Great antibiotic guide
The best part about this antibiotic guide is the easy to read Renal dosing. They have the dosages for each creatinine clearance range set up in an easy to read manner. They also have CRRT dosing. Take a look at it, the dosage section is much easier to read than any other antiboitic guide, and I've also looked at Sanford and the Johns Hopkins guide.

The Quick Guide
This is the antibiotic use guide book that the busy clinician should carry in the jacket pocket. It is easier to navigate than some of the other guides. It tends to have just the facts you want and not a lot of other facts that could be included to be exhaustively complete. I call this a user friendly guide for the busy clinician.

Must have for the ID clinician and not only
Excellent. Dosing according to renal function is very good and their AG and Vancomycin dosing section is excellent. I hope they will have it in electronic format.
