Bought this for silent reflux .It’s a good size and perfect tilt .I used a v pillow when I had pneumonia and it sat on it perfectly too providing an excellent support .

Perfect wedge pillow
Perfect incline for me recovering from esophageal surgery and need incline to prevent possible acid reflux. My regular pillow goes on top and I only need the one pillow instead of two. I’ve slept on my back and on both sides comfortably. This was perfect size. Anything else would’ve been too big.(I sleep on a queen size bed). Price was right and even though it said to air out for 24 hrs I never smelled anything from the foam or materials it was made out of.

Great after knee replacement
The wedge is a way to elevate my knee about my heart to help with swelling. It is just the right level of firmness and just the right size. My orthopedist suggested that I purchase wedge pillow of these dimensions and I am happy with this one.
