This thing is hard core, solid. Larger and heavier than I imagined. I painted the cabinet white, but the bare wood is nice by itself. I tried a white pickling stain, but that wasn't quite enough for my taste. I left the interior rods/extensions bare since they will be holding clothes. You will probably need help installing and you must screw into studs. I did do it myself, but removed the rack from the cabinet first, painted the cabinet and installed, then replaced the rack after it was up. I think this will definitely meet our air drying needs and folds away nicely when not in use. Recommended.

I was a little worried about the weight of the rack when it first arrived and wondered how it would hold on the wall! No worries though! We were lucky to have good studs in the right places! It is beautiful, smooth, roomy and very practical and sturdy once it is up!

I have had a floor rack for more than 30 years and wanted something to put on the wall. This fits the bill perfectly. Very sturdy and well constructed. Owner is very attentive to emails.
