Ice pack for knee pain relief
Very good, sturdy & it is not just for the knees. The velcro band is long and can be used for other parts of the body .Easy to use & freezes quickly.

Great for relieving pain!
Works as described, easy to use. Ordered a two pack as wasn’t sure how quickly they would re freeze after use as I wanted to use on one knee and then if need be put one back in freezer and take another out. Both refreeze quite quick, the Velcro fastener keeps the ice pack secure. Help to relieve pain. Would definitely recommend

A must following TKR surgery
This was a life saver following my knee replacement surgery. It freezes quickly and stays cold for a good half hour. It is lovely and soft and the straps meant I could put it on and still get up and walk with it in place if I needed to. If you’re due to have knee replacement surgery you need to put this in your basket.

Lasts about 20 mins.
It’s ok, quite sturdy and you can keep it in place due to the durable straps. I didn’t give it the full five because I don’t find it that cold, Certainly not like ice in a towel and I’d say last approx 20 mins.

Best purchase, has saved me so many times. Comes in hand for anyone who plays sport or needs to ice a limb and doesn’t want to wrap up eventually soggy peas. Reduces swelling and is soft, because it’s so comfortable and easy to use you end up icing more and staying on top of it. Thank you

Ease of use.
This is just what I wanted after having a partial knee operation. It helped with the swelling and made my knee feel good. Easy to use and very suitable for what I wanted. Definitely recommend

Doesn’t cover the whole knee
This is a nice ice pack. Flexible frozen and easy to apply to my knee. I’m giving only 3 stars as the design does not allow for full coverage of the knee. I’m slender (albeit with quite a bit of swelling) and the pack only covers the top half of my knee and non of the back. As it’s designed for knees it would be much better is it wrapped the full circumference of the knee, otherwise it’s not much different than any other ice pack with Velcro straps

Knee replacement surgery
Lovely soft exterior which makes it really comfortable to use over wound to aid recovery.Keeps really cold for at least 30 - 40 mins which is great if you have multiple areas to ice.You then pop it back in the freezer in the waterproof bag provided. This is so much easier and more hygenic to use than bags of frozen peas.
